A browpexy is a surgical procedure that addresses brow descent by fixating the brow fat pad to the underlying bone. It is mainly performed as an adjunct procedure to stabilize the eyebrow when performing an upper eyelid lift or blepharoplasty. Some surgeons use the terms browpexy and brow lift interchangeably.
