There are usually three costs related to the surgery: anesthesia, surgeon’s fee, and facility fee. If the surgery is done under local anesthesia, i.e., without an anesthesiologist, the anesthesia fee can be waived and you will only be charged the surgeon’s fee and the facility fee.
